Individual Design:

For a more personalized approach, our Individual Design service pairs you with a dedicated coach to develop your goals. We focus on what makes you happy and view this journey as a well-made decision. You'll work one-on-one with your coach every week, striving together to achieve your goals. Our Individual Design also includes weekly life coaching, nutrition guidance, and goal setting to ensure you stay on track and motivated. Additionally, we provide guided programming and extra written programs to assist you in achieving your goals while participating in classes.

Private Lessons:

One-on-one Private Sessions. These sessions are designed to sharpen your skills and improve CrossFit aspect of your fitness, providing a thorough and personalized experience. Our expert coaches emphasize technique and fundamentals, offering daily communication and hands-on programming throughout the sessions.

Personal Training: (Extensive Education for a very specific outcome)

Our Personal Training offers a comprehensive, one-on-one program tailored to your needs. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a medical condition, or seeking an all-inclusive fitness plan. Our personal training program is very comprehensive, whether it is getting out pain or helping you live a healthy and fulfilling life. Personal Training nails the 3 pillars at FSCF. Is FSFIT (CrossFit) for me?

Yes. Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness levels. The program is modified for each person to help him or her safely become healthier and fitter. Grandparents and Olympians can perform modified versions of the same general workout. We offer a program that caters to your Individual design. Based around your goals. Give is a shout and we can guide you in the right direction for a successful experience.

Do I need to be in shape to start Fourth Street CrossFit?

Nope! That is why you are looking for a change. So many people are intimidated how CrossFit looks on TV. CrossFit is much different than what you see in the mainstream. We are a family of like-minded people to help encourage you and get you to the best shape of your life. Everyone starts from day one, day one for you is today. What we will do is get you in better shape. And you do not have to do what you see on ESPN.

How will I get fitter with Fourth Street CrossFit?

CrossFit improves general physical preparedness (GPP). We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. Fourth Street CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of 10 fitness domains: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. CrossFit was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. People who do CrossFit are prepared for all challenges, whether they come in the gym, on a playing field or as part of daily life.

Is Fourth Street CrossFit safe?

Yes. FSCF training is very safe, and sitting on your couch is actually incredibly dangerous. In CrossFit gyms, credentialed trainers provide precise instructions and coaching to help people move safely and efficiently, helping people avoid all the diseases that come from inactivity, obesity and poor nutrition.

How do you help me with my personal goals?

Fourth Street CrossFit offers a range of personalized services to support your individual goals. Through our Individual Design program, is a comprehensive guided experiences in the gym, special programming, one-on-one coaching, and goal tracking, we tailor our approach to ensure your success. Whether you're aiming for weight loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or overall fitness, our dedicated team is committed to helping you reach your objectives effectively and efficiently.

What if I can't do something listed in the workout?

All FSCF workouts can be modified for people of any age and ability. Adjusting a workout for a specific person is called “scaling,” and it allows very experienced athletes and beginners to train side by side. A skilled CrossFit Trainer can quickly adjust each workout to reflect your needs, goals and current abilities. If you are doing CrossFit.com WODs on your own, review the “CrossFit Level 1 Training Guide” for scaling instructions. The CrossFit Journal also contains resources to help you scale the workout to your level. In general, choose a load that’s manageable for you or use a percentage of the weight prescribed. Replace movements you can’t do with similar movements that are available to you. For example, push-ups can become knee push-ups as you build the strength required for the full movement. In every workout, strive for consistent mechanics before adding weight or increasing the load.
