Michael Robbins
Trainer
Level 1 CrossFit Certified

Michael found CrossFit when two of his best friends introduced him to it during his freshman year of college. Having exercised his entire life, he was immediately drawn to it because of the immense number of new techniques to learn, on apparatuses he had never tried before. From snatching to freestanding handstand pushups, he became engrossed in wanting to learn how to do everything to become proficient during workouts. Subsequently, he decided to pursue his Level 1 certification to gain further insight into CrossFit’s methodologies and nuances of technique. Michael began his coaching career at Fourth Street CrossFit upon its inception in 2015 and has enjoyed teaching others the knowledge of CrossFit that is applied to the movements and daily WODs. His biggest joy as a coach has been helping others grow through progressions towards their goals and doing things you may have never thought possible. Michael will enter medical school in the fall of 2016 and wishes to pursue a career as a cardiothoracic surgeon while still enjoying CrossFit to its fullest.

Billy Eubanks

Billy Eubanks is 24 years old and received his CFL1 in 2013. He found CrossFit after playing college soccer and was looking for another competitive outlet. He has a BA in history from the University of Southern Mississippi and graduated in 2014. He enjoys every aspect of CrossFit but also enjoys focusing on movement and mobility; because no world records were ever set with bad technique or poor movement!

David Moon
Trainer
Level 1 CrossFit Certified

My name is David Moon. I am a Tourism Management Major at the University of Southern Mississippi. I am from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. My Dad was in the Air Force, which made my family move around from England to New Jersey to Florida where my Dad retired as a Full Colonel. In High School I was a four-letter athlete; I played Football, Soccer, ran Track, and was a Cheerleader. I am now a collegiate athlete as a Cheerleader at Southern Miss. I earned my Level One Trainers Certificate for CrossFit in April of 2015. I have been doing CrossFit workouts for almost three years coming up in December. I absolutely love CrossFit and the push it gives me. There is literally no feeling in the world when you completed a workout and you know you pushed yourself to the max. I have now gotten my entire family to participate consistently in CrossFit workouts. CrossFit really is beneficial for everyday activities and it has especially helped in the endurance for recreational sports and my strength and explosiveness for Cheerleading. I will be working out this way the rest of my life.

Heath Graham
Owner/Trainer
Level 1 CrossFit Certified

Heath has been involved with CrossFit since 2009. Immediately he grew attached to the CrossFit philosophy and ideology. After a couple of years in the CrossFit world, he and Forrest Rollins started RxForTime Apparel in 2011. They both had aspirations to open there own gym. Heath got his CF Level 1 certification in 2015 and began to work on building the dream. So now Forrest Rollins, Daryl Bosarge and Heath now own and operate Fourth Street CrossFit. This gym is 5000sqft with a full retail and pro shop “The RxForTime ProShop”. They have a full staff of 8 coaches and Nick Everhart as the head Coach and Lindsey Clendenin as GM. Since then Heath has joined in several business ventures beyond RxForTime. With RxForTime evolving in to the mother company of The Visual Project and Toe Jam Socks. Heath and his partners have stemmed out to give the CrossFit community what they look for every day. Through business at the gym he saw a new calling. With a joint partnership with RxForTime and CrossFit Ocean Springs owner Shane and LaTisha Wilkinson was the birth of The Neighborhood WOD Party. This calling was from all the experiences, successes, windfalls and lessons of the gym business. Heath and associates felt the need to help spread the knowledge. With the birth of NWP they want to reach out to help gyms make more revenues. Show people how to create multiple streams of revenue to their gyms. Give the CrossFit gyms the tools they need to be successful. Whether coaching to nutrition to revenue help the NWP will be the driving force to successful gyms.

Daryl Bosarge
Owner/Trainer
Level 1 CrossFit Certified / USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certified

My CrossFit journey started in March 2008.  I was over weight and out of shape. Most definitely out of my JUCO baseball playing years for sure. After 2 years of training CrossFit, I signed up for my CrossFit Level 1 in June 2010. I’ve been coaching CrossFit classes ever since that day. I enjoy coaching people, pushing them to their limits and eventually getting everyone into really good shape.  Changing people’s lives is a gratification I can’t explain and I thoroughly enjoy it. On December 1 2014, Forrest Rollins, Heath Graham  and I officially opened Fourth Street CrossFit. It has been a dream of ours to open a CrossFit box together. I have set a goal for myself to get a new certification every year so I can continue to learn and pass along that knowledge to my coaches and clients. In March 2015, I broadened my knowledge outside of CrossFit and became USA Weighting level 1 certified.

Forrest Rollins
Owner/Trainer
Level 1 CrossFit Certified

Forrest received a B.S. in Business Administration and played baseball at Belhaven University from 2002-2007. After college, Forrest needed something to keep him competitive. Finding CrossFit in 2008 filled that void and has made a lasting impression on his everyday life. He began CrossFit in January 2008 in Jackson, Mississippi. He then moved to Hattiesburg mid-2009. Forrest received his CF-L1 certification in December 2009 with the hopes of one day owning his own affiliate.

Fast-forward to 2011 when Heath and Forrest decided they were interested in making t-shirts…RxForTime was born. After running the roads and traveling to different CrossFit events throughout the Southeast and even into Texas for 3.5 years; they realized there was more that needed to be accomplished than just selling t-shirts on the weekends. After experiencing many different ideas, communities, methodologies, and techniques throughout their travels; they began to formulate a comprehensive plan to build a CrossFit gym unlike any other in the area.

The incorporation of these plans and strategies has produced one of the most unique CrossFit facilities and atmospheres in the region. Everyone is invited and welcome to stop by Fourth Street CrossFit to take a tour, hang out with friends, drop-in for a WOD, or shop for hard-to- find items in the Pro-Shop. We look forward to serving you and helping you reach your fitness goals!
